all, Here is a perfect and simple steps to root Android galaxy s4
smartphone.please follow the instruction to root your android device
with fast procedure.This rooting procedure will only root the Samsung
Galaxy S4 I9500 running on XXUAMC6 Jelly Bean Android 4.2.2. Not for
other models.
Requirements to root Galaxy S4 on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
1) Get and install USB Driver for Samsung Galaxy S4 on the computer.,Ensure that
USB Debugging Mode is activated. This makes to connect
the galaxy s4 with the computer and use the Android SDK with it.
(select Menu- Settings-Applications.Slide and select on Development
option and make sure that USB Debugging Mode is enabled.)
,Also make sure that a current backup of full contents of the phone.,The
battery of the galaxy s4 going to be root should have above 80% charge.The
rooting method works only on the Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 running on
XXUAMC6 Jelly Bean Android 4.2.2; proceeding this root method to
incorrect options will brick the device.
Steps to root Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 on Android 4.2.2 XXUAMC6 Jelly Bean
2)Get the I9500XXUAMC6 pre-rooted firmware for Samsung Galaxy S4 to the computer and extract the zip file ,Get the Odin v1.85 which will allows you to root the Jelly Bean firmware,Turn off the device and get into Download Mode. this is by Press and hold Volume Down with Home buttons together and then press the Power button until the construction Android robot and a triangle are seen. Press the Power button again to enter Download Mode,execute Odin on the computer,relate the phone to the PC using USB cable while it is in Download Mode. If the galaxy s4 is connected successfully, 1 of the ID: COM boxes will going to yellow with the COM port number. This step might take several minutes.Select the files mentioned below to install on the phone
a) Select 'PDA' and select file with 'CODE' in its name,b) Select 'Phone' and select file with 'MODEM' in its name ,c) Select 'CSC' and select file with 'CSC' in its name,d) Select 'PIT' and select the .pit file, Note: avoid the last 3 one in case such files are not found.

The installation procedure will start and take a few minutes to complete.,After the installation procedure is completed, the phone will restart automatically. Once the home screen appears on the device, unplug the USB cable .your Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 is now successfully rooted on Android 4.2.2 XXUAMC6 Jelly Bean firmware. Open the app drawer in the phone and search for an app called Superuser. To ensure that the above root method is installed and working correctly, verify with the Root Checker app from Google Play Store.
